Shipping Policy
We ship to supported destinations enabled at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Hong Kong. Delivery is not available to every address worldwide; enter your destination at checkout to confirm the available services.
Shipping rates depend on the selected product options, their delivery groups and the delivery address. The applicable group charges are combined and displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged by the delivery group assigned to each product option, not as a percentage of your order value. For an order shipped to one address, multiple items in the same delivery group incur that group's fixed rate once. If your order includes items from different delivery groups, the applicable group rates are added together.
United States and other supported international destinations
The following standard rates are in U.S. dollars (USD) and apply to each delivery group. Hong Kong uses the separate rates below. Supported destinations include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and other countries and regions offered at checkout.

This size guide applies to single-poster options. Sets, NFC players and other physical products follow their assigned delivery group; their applicable rate is shown at checkout. No physical-delivery charge applies to an order containing only items marked as not requiring shipping, such as an order-price-adjustment payment.
How mixed orders are calculated
- Two items in the $15 group: $15 USD shipping total.
- Two items in the $10 group plus two items in the $20 group: $30 USD shipping total, not $60.
- Items from the $15 and $20 groups: $35 USD shipping total.
- Items from all three groups: $45 USD shipping total.
The current standard rates do not include a separate order-value percentage charge, an oversized-item surcharge or a separate Alaska/Hawaii surcharge. Eligible Alaska and Hawaii addresses use the same U.S. group rates. Enter your full address at checkout to confirm delivery availability and the final total.
Hong Kong
For Hong Kong delivery, each group has HK$26 standard shipping or HK$78 express shipping, where available at checkout. The same rule applies: one charge per group, with different groups added together. For example, an order containing all three groups is HK$78 for standard shipping or HK$234 for express shipping. The USD $10/$15/$20 rates above do not apply to Hong Kong delivery.
If checkout uses a different currency, the applicable shipping charge is converted and displayed there. Available services and the final shipping total are shown before payment. U.S. and other international destinations currently use standard shipping; Hong Kong also has an express option. An express service name does not guarantee overnight or two-day delivery.
Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
Shipping charges are calculated by delivery group as described above. Packaging or the number of parcels does not replace this calculation. Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

International Shipping
International delivery is available to supported destinations offered at checkout. At-will return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our orders are shipped using UPS. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total. Shipping rates above are listed in their configured currencies (USD or HKD); the applicable charge is displayed in your checkout currency.
Return policy
Domestic orders: within 45 days of receiving your order, you can return any art purchased on Fandom Poster Shop for a refund. We will cover all shipping and handling costs for valid returns of art that, in our sole discretion, are damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming upon delivery to you. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns of art that are not, in our sole discretion, defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase your art. We will not refund you for returns received by us after 45 days from receipt of purchase. Any returns received by us outside of such a 45-day window will be considered an “invalid return”. We may, in our sole discretion, re-deliver (at your sole cost and expense) or dispose of the art subject to an invalid return if not reclaimed by you within thirty (30) days from your invalid return.
International delivery is available to supported destinations offered at checkout. At-will return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
